Jennifer Burch, Vice President of Residential Construction at McGarvey Custom Homes, explains, “The lake prompted us to create a two-story home to capture every possible view and enhance the homeowner’s lifestyle.”
Every detail is meticulously curated, down to the flowers planted at the gate’s entrance. “Bursts of color immediately catch the eye, leading you to the next bed of flowers. Repeating the color along the way creates a clear visual path that draws you to the home,” describes Landscape Architect Christian Andrea of Architectural Land Design. The home’s grand scale is fully appreciated in the idyllic entry courtyard, where a bubbling water feature hints at the waterside experience that awaits.
