McGarvey Now Approved Builder in Mediterra

We are pleased to announce that we have been selected to join a great group of custom homebuilders in Mediterra. In December we will complete the purchase of homesites and be starting construction quickly in order to have a furnished model open for the 2003/2004 season. Mediterra is being created by The Bonita Bay Group with the intimacy, charm and classical style of the Mediterranean region of Europe. Mediterra consists of 1,697 acres and is located approximately two miles north of Immokalee road off of Livingston Road.
